Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Cost: €12.95
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment

Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Cost: Free for orders over €50
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Plongeo Boutique. If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.

General Conditions

  • You have 15 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange
  • Items must be returned in their original condition – unused, with all tags and packaging intact
  • Returned items must be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Accessoires pour dĂ©tendeur Tek (Regulator Tek Accessories)
  • Cagoules (Diving Hoods)
  • Combinaisons 3mm (3mm Wetsuits – once tried with water)
  • Accessoires pour combinaisons Ă©tanches de plongĂ©e (Dry Suit Accessories)

Step 2: Approval & Instructions

Our team will respond within 48 hours with:

  • Return/exchange approval confirmation
  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Detailed return instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Once approved:

  • Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging
  • Include the invoice or proof of purchase
  • Write the RMA number on the outside of the package

Step 4: Processing by Plongeo Boutique

Once we receive your return:

  • We will inspect the item within 3-5 business days
  • We will email you about the status of your return
  • For approved returns, we will initiate your refund or ship the exchange item

Refunds

Timing & Methods

  • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after return approval
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after return approval

Note: The time needed for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution.

Refund Amounts

  • The original item amount will be refunded
  • Original shipping costs are not refundable, unless the return is due to our error
  • Return shipping costs are not refunded, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item

Exchanges

  • We will ship the new item upon receiving and inspecting the returned item
  • Shipping costs for the new item are your responsibility, unless the exchange is due to our error
  • If the new item has a different price, we will adjust the amount via refund or additional payment
